The courier is automatically selected based on speed, cost, and your delivery destination.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Local (Malaysia): Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 working days.
International: Orders are dispatched within 7 working days.
Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays.
3. What are the delivery timelines?
Delivery time begins after dispatch.
Local (Malaysia)
Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 working days

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
Parcel weight & dimensions
Delivery location
Courier rates shown by EasyParcel

6. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, Harathi House ships worldwide via EasyParcel’s international courier partners.
Please note:
Import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.
7. What if my parcel is delayed?
Your parcel may be delayed due to:
